As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Administration Manager to optimize sales management, ensure high-quality customer follow-up, and contribute to the improvement of our commercial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor customer orders from contract signing to delivery.
  • Oversee and optimize the use of the CRM for accurate tracking of sales and customer interactions.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales, technical, and administrative teams.
  • Support customers and respond to their requests to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Track sales performance indicators and generate regular reports.

Must Have

  • Experience in sales administration, commercial management, or customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with continuous training to deepen technical expertise.
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Languages: French and English (Hebrew is a plus).
