To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager & Expert to structure and lead our marketing strategy, generate B2C and B2B leads, and manage a dedicated team.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and implement PowYes' digital marketing strategy.
- Develop our online presence and increase brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Oversee content creation and digital communication efforts.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Recruit, manage, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
Profile
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in the energy or tech sector.
- Strong expertise in B2B and B2C lead acquisition strategies.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, without constant supervision.
- Natural leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in French and English (Hebrew is a plus).
